Yesterday, we joined stakeholders and strategic partners at the unveiling of the Ajaokuta Economic City (Kogi–Hunan Free Trade Zone) held at the Transcorp Hilton, Abuja.
The Ajaokuta Economic City, developed in partnership with major investors from China, is projected to attract between $2 billion and $5 billion in foreign direct investment over the next seven years.
His Excellency Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, in his characteristic humble leadership style, emphasized that the Free Trade Zone will redefine industrialization, job creation, global competitiveness, and technological advancement for generations to come.
